Managing the risks (technical, industrial, certification, definition, planning, and contractual aspects) to protect the deliveries and standing as Airbus single voice for the Customer pre-FAL to Ferry Flight. Facilitating and protecting the application of the recommendations and decisions made on behalf of the MFT, considering Customers expectations while protecting Airbus interests. Negotiating the acceptance of complex technical items, which can threaten the delivery milestones. Identifying significant deviations that could jeopardize the FAL milestones & delivery. Managing the Feedback Loop together with the Aircraft Quality Customer Manager and Customer Support Director.
