About The Position

The Custom Space Experience Specialist position is the main point of contact for customers, installation partners and stores for any escalated situation related to a custom space installation. This position will work through the incident management module until the issues are resolved and ensure all communication is sent to the parties involved. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Requirements

  • College degree preferred
  • 2-5 years of customer service or related experience
  • Based in Dallas/Ft. Worth area
  • Ability to travel 5% a year, based on the business needs
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner
  • Is committed to working scheduled hours and has the flexibility to work additional hours based on changing business needs
  • Knowledge of industry business and passion for following trends in the industry
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional manner, both orally and in writing, at all levels within and outside the organization
  • Ability to quickly separate the mission-critical tasks from the lower priority tasks; focuses on the most value-added projects of the day or week
  • Flexible, with a positive attitude and passion for knowledge
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects at once
  • Possesses focused attention to detail while working quickly and accurately under pressure
  • Makes strategic and effective decisions in the best interest of our customers and our company, taking care to objectively process information
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

  • Gathers details related to reported incident then puts a plan in place for resolution
  • Manages customer expectations and coordinates resolution efforts with key stakeholders (internal and external) by working cross-functionally to ensure issue-ownership, action items, and communications are fulfilled
  • Ensures customer escalations are resolved within agreed upon timelines
  • Follows the company direction on proper accommodations and complete the tracker on all incidents
  • Follows the communication protocol to make sure all stakeholders are updated
  • Stays current and evaluates all company and department-specific reporting and applies that knowledge to driving sales and affecting positive change in the department
  • Consistently arrives promptly to work the assigned schedule
  • Responsible for maintaining discretion related to all confidential/sensitive company and customer information
  • Performs other requested tasks and duties
