Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Prior warehouse experience or similar working in a sorting, distribution, or manufacturing facility
- Strong punctuality, dependability, and time management skills, with consistent attendance
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures in a warehouse or industrial setting
- Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions or directions from Team Leads and Management
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and good time management skills
- Physical ability to perform repetitive or continuous tasks, including standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures and weather.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Setting up files for production - taking the custom artwork, and placing it onto different color and size products for production of orders.
- Prepare machines for different styles of products needed at the time.
- Inspect products as they come out of machines for defects, adhesion, and any further adjustments needed to the logo or machine.
- Troubleshoot problems as they arise with both the machine setup or logos.
- Maintaining a good workflow throughout the day to ensure production needs are met.
- Perform daily maintenance on machines at beginning and end of day.
- Packing/Unpacking drinkware in different sections of the warehouse when needed.
- Other duties as assigned
