About The Position

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Custom Metal Welders / Fabricators for projects located in or around Oregon City, OR . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metals including carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel alloys, and aluminum Fabricate and assemble large metal structures according to design drawings Operate hoists and other industrial lifting equipment safely Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing project needs Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the welding shop

Requirements

Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the welding shop
Strong ability to read and interpret design drawings
Proven experience welding large objects with MIG and TIG techniques
Experience working in an industrial welding shop environment
Ability to safely lift and move up to 55 pounds and perform most tasks standing

Nice To Haves

Experience operating a forklift is preferred

Responsibilities
