About The Position

As a team member at Michaels, you will build customer relationships while creating memorable framing solutions for their art. Your role will involve helping customers shop our store and find what they’re looking for, all while providing a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment. You will adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements, executing company policies and standards. Embracing and executing personal design will be key to building relationships with customers and delivering custom framing solutions. You will be responsible for completing framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time, maintaining the ready-made frame department, and ensuring a well-merchandised and in-stock store for customers. Friendly customer service is essential, as is supporting shrink and safety programs. You will also participate in truck unloading and stocking processes, operate the cash register, and assist with omni-channel processes.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills.
• Basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
