Requirements

• High School Diploma and/or GED and/or training.
• Minimum of one year of Agricultural Operations experience in some capacity.
• Valid Class A CDL with endorsements is a plus.

Nice To Haves

• Custom Applicator's License or the ability to obtain this license.
• Bilingual candidates are preferred for premium pay.

Responsibilities

• Work outside and enjoy working independently.
• Understand product blends and custom applied fertilizers and chemicals based on recommendations and label directions.
• Apply products to fields using a sprayer or a floater.
• Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance to meet business demands.
• Work extended hours in season including nights and weekends.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Utilize and operate variable rate technology, GPS guidance systems, and application software on equipment.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound inventory.
• Assist the Grain and Agronomy Operations at times.
