Jacksonville based, travel within licensed service area Position Summary: The Custom Care Coordinator is responsible for driving Caregiver retention and client satisfaction within the agency. This individual is involved in the Home Health Aide/C.N.A. employment journey including interviewing/selection, orientation, and engagement. This individual also contributes to agency growth by onboarding prospective clients, matching caregivers to clients and providing direct support to the administrative team.
