Requirements

• Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds)
• Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed)
• You desire to thrive in agriculture and seek a key role in the industry.
• You embody our commitment to success and reflect our company culture.
• You have or are willing to develop basic technical skills.

Nice To Haves

• Custom application experience (helpful)
• Class A CDL with tank and/or hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain (helpful)
• High School Diploma or GED (helpful)

Responsibilities

• This employee will operate spray and spreading equipment efficiently and safely during the field application of agricultural products.
• All responsibilities should be performed in accordance with company policy.
• We support your growth through cross-training in Agri-Service areas, fostering new skills for additional support.
