Apply a sense of responsibility and self-reliance as you work independently as a Custom Applicator. You will create relationships with local farmers to acquire knowledge on their chemical and fertilizer needs, manage your time in the field by operating a sprayer/airflow machine while loading and applying products safely, accurately and efficiently, and receive hands-on experience and technical skills by handling many types of machinery and routine equipment maintenance. As an Operations Specialist, you will perform routine maintenance on vehicles and around the plant, help with loading and unloading truck and trains, and daily clean up around the plant.
