This is an exciting opportunity to build specialized operational expertise while working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment that values accuracy, accountability, and growth. About the Role Trade Service Analysts (TSAs) play a critical role as the primary communication link between our clients, business lines, and internal operations teams. This is a highly client‑facing position focused on resolving post‑execution trade settlement inquiries by partnering across multiple internal groups to ensure trades are settled accurately, efficiently, and on time. This is a fast‑paced, high‑impact role ideal for individuals who thrive in collaborative environments, are comfortable managing complex operational issues, and are passionate about delivering exceptional client service.

Requirements

  • Two years or more of related experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience in Custody Operations or Trade Services
  • Familiarity with internal custody or trade processing systems (e.g., SCI, SWP or similar platforms)
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset
  • Adaptability to new technology and evolving business processes

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal partners regarding post‑execution trade settlement inquiries
  • Resolve trade settlement issues by collaborating with internal operations, technology, and business line partners
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, with approximately 80–90% of interactions via email and 10–20% via phone
  • Handle direct client outreach, including unexpected inbound calls and participation in client meetings as needed
  • Monitor and follow up on open trade issues to ensure timely and accurate resolution
  • Identify potential risks or issues within the trade settlement process and escalate appropriately
  • Maintain accurate documentation and provide clear, professional communication throughout the issue‑resolution lifecycle
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a deadline‑driven, high‑volume environment
