About The Position

The above full-time positions are available for the 2025-2026 school year. Successful candidate(s) will serve a ninety (90) day probationary period and be required to obtain a Black Seal license within eighteen (18) months of hire.

Requirements

• Black Seal License
• Experience and general knowledge in cleaning and maintaining building interior/exterior, including snow removal.
• Ability to operate school heating, ventilating and air conditioning system
• Able to make minor repairs and painting, filter replacement, light bulb maintenance, furniture moving
• Able to develop a routine to manage their cleaning run
• Familiarity with current technology, able to enter electronic work orders and process email
• Ability to be proficient in computer applications pertinent to support the position, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, Frontline Applications, and Student Information System.
