About The Position

The Custodian position is located at the East Boulder Mine in McLeod, MT. The role involves performing various janitorial duties across all buildings at the mine site, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waxing floors. Additionally, outdoor responsibilities include trash pickup, snow shoveling, and maintaining the perimeter of the buildings. The custodian will also issue lockers and lamps to mine employees and obtain gear for visitors and tours. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to communicate, cooperate, and work well with co-workers/supervisors.
• Proven safety record.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving history.

Nice To Haves

• Janitorial or custodial experience.
• Building and/or minor maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, waxing floors, and general janitorial-type duties across all buildings at the East Boulder Mine Site.
• Performing outdoor duties such as trash pickup, snow shoveling, and maintaining the perimeter of all buildings.
