About The Position

The Custodian position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of buildings. This role involves performing various cleaning tasks and routine maintenance to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition.
• Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.
• Tend to furnace and boiler as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance activities.
• Notify management of need for repairs.
• Clean snow or debris from sidewalks.
