About The Position
The successful candidate for this position will report to the Maintenance Manager. and will be primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all J & O Locations.
Requirements
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Proficient knowledge of cleaning equipment and agents.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficient with handling basic maintenance repairs.
- Physically agile and dexterous; resilient to cleaning agents and chemicals.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Washing and sanitizing toilets, sinks and restocking disposable products.
- Cleaning fixtures
- Daily Disposing of trash and emptying trash receptacles
- Performing minor repairs.
- Monitoring all required pest control is complete.
- Maintaining cleaning equipment.
- Maintaining inventory of cleaning agents and equipment.
- Ensuring equipment and lights are switched off, and premises are locked after hours.
- Update SDS as required.
