The Custodian is responsible for arranging furnishings and equipment for various school activities, attending in-service training for procedural updates, and maintaining a sanitary, safe, and attractive school environment by cleaning assigned facilities. This role involves evaluating situations to take appropriate action, inspecting facilities for safety and cleanliness, and identifying necessary repairs. The Custodian also manages supplies and equipment, performs painting tasks, repairs furniture and fixtures, and responds to immediate safety or operational concerns. Additionally, the position requires securing facilities and grounds to prevent damage and loss, assisting other personnel, and undertaking other duties as assigned by the Principal or Management.
