About The Position

Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, this position will be responsible for the cleanliness of the facility, which will include working with cleaning chemicals and equipment, operating back pack vacuums, up right vacuums, carpet extractors, rotary floor machines and climbing ladders, mopping floors and performing routine maintenance functions.

Requirements

• Must at least 18 years old
• Have a high school diploma, or its equivalent, and a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in housekeeping and general maintenance.
• Should understand the importance of providing timely, quality member service, which includes ongoing evaluation of member satisfaction.
• The completion of the following required trainings within 60-90 days of employment.
