About The Position
Provide cleaning and maintenance support at the Highbridge Gardens Cornerstone. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience or training in building trade, moving, maintenance, and performing general repairs.
Responsibilities
- Discard trash daily, replace bags, and wash out garbage bins.
- Dust, clean, and disinfect surface areas, including all tables, chairs, and desks
- Sweep and mop office and common areas
- Maintain kitchen area, clean microwave, tabletop, and refrigerator
- Maintain bathrooms: sweep and mop floors, clean toilets and sinks, wipe down walls, and replace paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap
- Assist with repairs such as changing light bulbs, installing shelves, etc.
- Ensure the cleanliness of outside grounds (stairs, excess garbage, shoveling, etc)
- Update and replenish cleaning supply inventory as needed
- Assist other staff when needed
- Other duties as assigned
