Thanks for your interest in working on our team! The Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, and overall appearance of the corporate office building. This role ensures a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors by performing routine cleaning and light maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous custodial or janitorial experience in an office or commercial building setting preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust offices, hallways, and public spaces.
• Empty and dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with building policies.
• Replenish supplies such as paper towels, soap, and restroom products.
• Clean windows, glass doors, and other surfaces as needed.
• Respond promptly to cleaning and maintenance requests from staff or management.
• Ensure floors, entryways, and high-traffic areas are kept safe.
