To perform a full range of custodial duties related to the care, maintenance, and cleaning of assigned buildings and facilities. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Performs custodial duties to include cleaning and sanitizing facilities and fixtures as per checklist provided by department manager; replenishing supplies in restrooms, examining rooms, break rooms; and identifying and reporting building maintenance and repairs needed in assigned buildings and facilities. 2. Safeguards Center’s property, including, but not limited to, equipment, office supplies, tools, etc. , performing daily inspection of the building for safety, cleanliness, hazards, etc., to include floors and furnishings. 3. Responds to Center’s emergency response systems. 4. Performs maintenance duties as needed or requested. 5. Provides excellent internal/external customer service. 6. Prepares rooms for conferences and meetings ensuring meeting room is clean and appropriately set up; cleaning after. 7. Performs grounds keeping duties. 8. Performs other related duties as assigned.
