About The Position

We’re currently seeking a Cleaning Technician/Custodian to join our dedicated Facilities team. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role is responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly work environment across our office and manufacturing facilities. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to contribute to a healthy, safe, and productive workplace. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 0–1 year of experience cleaning office or manufacturing facilities is ideal but not required
  • Basic knowledge of general cleaning processes and procedures

Responsibilities

  • Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
  • Service, clean, and supply restrooms
  • Clean windows, glass, and mirrors
  • Steam clean or shampoo carpets
  • Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
  • Gather and empty trash
  • Follow procedures for the proper use of chemical cleaners and power equipment per established guidelines
  • Clean up bodily fluids in accordance with the Bloodborne Pathogens Policy
  • Notify management of repairs or potential hazards
  • Perform duties in compliance with company Quality and Safety standards
  • Perform tasks according to daily spreadsheet schedules, time allocation sheets, and checklists
  • Continuously monitor the cleanliness of facilities and equipment
