About The Position

We’re currently seeking a Cleaning Technician/Custodian to join our dedicated Facilities team. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role is responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly work environment across our office and manufacturing facilities. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
0–1 year of experience cleaning office or manufacturing facilities is ideal but not required
Basic knowledge of general cleaning processes and procedures
Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities

Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
Service, clean, and supply restrooms
Clean windows, glass, and mirrors
Steam clean or shampoo carpets
Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
Gather and empty trash
Follow procedures for the proper use of chemical cleaners and power equipment per established guidelines
Clean up bodily fluids in accordance with the Bloodborne Pathogens Policy
Notify management of repairs or potential hazards
Perform duties in compliance with company Quality and Safety standards
Perform tasks according to daily spreadsheet schedules, time allocation sheets, and checklists
Continuously monitor the cleanliness of facilities and equipment
