About The Position
As a Custodian at PK Property Services, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients. We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals who take pride in their work and value being part of a supportive team.
Requirements
- Ability to pass a background check and E-Verify
- Capability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
- Operate minor cleaning equipment
- Follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
- Certifications/licensing (if required by facility)
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning based on each facility’s needs
- Sanitize restrooms, offices, and common areas
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning
- Proper waste disposal
- Maintain daily cleaning logs and reports
- Collaborate with on-site staff to complete tasks efficiently
