About The Position
Position: Custodian (full-time) - 40 hours per week / 12-month position
Requirements
- Experience and knowledge in cleaning building and maintenance work.
- Common sense understanding to carry out written and oral instructions.
- Ability to operate power tools in a safe manner.
- Ability to relate to officials, staff and public in a courteous manner.
- Ability to lift and carry objects of light to medium weight.
- Physical ability to work with cleaning materials.
- Ability to work in poor weather conditions including heat, cold, rain or snow.
- Ability to work day or evening shifts.
