About The Position

The Custodian @ The Preston of Rockville provides exemplary service in keeping buildings in a clean and orderly condition, ensuring residents and guests a safe and healthy environment. This associate performs community cleaning duties, such as floor cleaning, carpet cleaning/extraction, washing walls and glass, and removing trash. What do we do? Requirements

High school graduate preferred
Six months to one year of custodial experience
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a senior environment preferred

Responsibilities

Clean assigned community spaces including rooms, lobbies etc.
Safely move furniture, equipment, and supplies
Order and maintain supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties
Report any maintenance repairs to supervisor
