About The Position

As a Custodian, you will perform routine duties under general direction of supervisor to keep offices, breakrooms, restrooms, buildings and plant facilities clean and orderly.

Requirements

• Ability to read, interpret and follow verbal and written instructions, work procedures and other related materials.
• Ability to operate power floor scrubber, buffer, and general cleaning tools.
• Ability to remain organized and self-directed in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wax, and polish all floors throughout the facility.
• Remove trash, pick up litter, and maintain clean tables and surfaces.
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets and rugs, and wash windows.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, floors, and restock supplies.
• Clean kitchens and break areas, including microwaves, refrigerators, tables, and chairs.
• Disinfect doors, baseboards, walls, drinking fountains, and sinks.
• Maintain inventory of janitorial supplies and coordinate with supervisor and purchasing for orders.
• Maintain landscaped and exterior areas by removing weeds and ensuring all outdoor spaces are clean, orderly, and visually appealing.
• All other duties as assigned.
