About The Position

Performs routine unskilled and semi-skilled manual work in custodian and labor activities. Work is performed within established procedures under both written and verbal instructions. Responsible for cleaning break rooms, restrooms, windows, and any other task assigned. Requirements

• High School
• 0 to 6 months related experience and/or training.
• Communication Skills
• Mathematical Skills
• Critical Thinking Skills
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to observe safety rules.
• Ability to work in dusty, dirty, wet, and cold conditions.
• Ability to perform manual tasks related to the operation and moving of heavy equipment, furniture, and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps, mops, clean windows, dust, take out trash, clean bathrooms.
• Move furniture, partitions, equipment, communications cabling, and other items as necessary to clean floors.
• Operates floor care machinery including but not limited to vacuums, and extractors.
• Follows safety practices and procedures.
• Ensures that machinery and equipment are properly maintained.
• Adheres to safety and label instructions with all chemicals and cleaning agents used in their duties. the time.
• Maintains a general working knowledge of various chemicals.
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned
