About The Position
Intec Building Services is seeking dedicated, reliable custodians to join our team. Ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of library facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all patrons and staff.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning or maintenance experience is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, common areas, and workspaces
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Clean and dust surfaces, furniture, and equipment
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Restock supplies as needed
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management
- Follow safety protocols and procedures
