About The Position

We are currently seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Industrial Plant Custodian to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and operational standards of our facility. Requirements

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience in an industrial or commercial setting preferred.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Open to flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all areas of the plant, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common spaces
• Dispose of waste and recyclables according to company and environmental guidelines
• Monitor and replenish supplies such as soap, paper products, and cleaning materials
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Report safety hazards, maintenance issues, or damages to management promptly
• Assist in emergency clean-ups as needed
• Comply with all health, safety, and security protocols
