About The Position

The custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our advanced manufacturing facility, ensuring it always reflects the highest standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (required).
4 years of relevant custodial or maintenance experience, demonstrating proficiency in key tasks.
Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office Suite and other relevant software for communication and task management.
Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks, lift and move objects, and stay active throughout the workday.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and management.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a structured workspace.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining a focus on quality and safety.
Valid North Carolina driver’s license
Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and work in various physical conditions
Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful Permanent Resident in compliance with ITAR regulations.

Responsibilities

Perform routine custodial tasks, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning, emptying trash receptacles
Clean, sanitize, and restock restroom supplies.
Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the grounds.
Complete tasks and projects independently, minimizing disruptions to production.
Identify and report hazardous conditions and maintenance needs to management.
Follow health and safety procedures and comply with all workplace policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
