This Full-Time Custodian position is responsible for maintaining a clean working environment for all staff and visitors at The Salvation Army building and grounds, promoting health and safety. Duties include general housekeeping tasks such as picking up trash, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning and stocking bathrooms, securing buildings, cleaning windows and mirrors, and performing minor building repairs. The role also involves specific cleaning and sanitizing of bathrooms, floor maintenance (sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, stripping, buffing, waxing), opening and closing the building as needed, monitoring and replacing light bulbs, and assisting with keeping the grounds and roof free of debris.
