About The Position

Qualifications Minimum three years of commercial custodial experience required. Must be a high school graduate or equivalent. Must possess the ability to repeatedly bend, stoop, and lift at least 50 pounds. Work overtime as business needs require for events, projects, snowstorms, and campus emergencies. Must be able to communicate in English and interact effectively with a broad range of co-workers, staff, students, and visitors. Ability to read and understand work orders, R25 reports and set-up diagrams, Safety Data Sheets ( SDS ) and other work-related documents. Requires good knowledge of cleaning and safety procedures. Experience working with a wide range of commercial custodial equipment. Must possess the ability to work independently without close supervision.
