About The Position

Maintain a clean facility for employees and guests Duties/Responsibilities: Cleans and sanitizes all bathroom fixtures. Cleans lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, stairways. Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and window blinds. Dusts furniture, bookcases, window seals, walls, ceiling and woodwork. Empties wastebaskets and transports trash and waste to disposal area. Sweeps, scrubs, waxes and/or polishes floors. Washes windows, doors, and glass door fronts. Performs light maintenance/repair work on toilets and sinks. Restocks bathroom and cleaning materials. Picks up trash and debris throughout campus. Education and Experience Requirements: This is an entry level position. Must be at least 18 years of age. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Attention to detail and good decision-making skills. Communicate effectively and possess excellent interpersonal relationship skills. Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment. Ability to maintain a satisfactory work attendance. Ability to work variable work schedules, rotate through multiple stations, and work overtime as assigned. Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures. Work Environment: Ability to work in manufacturing facilities and regularly be exposed to varying and extreme temperatures, loud noises, dust, chemical fumes, sharp metal objects and heavy forklift traffic. Ability to stand for 95% of workdays.
