We are seeking a dynamic individual to serve as the Custodian for our Circle Program in Pueblo West. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule. All applicants are required to undergo pre-employment drug screening, which includes testing for marijuana, as well as background checks and a TB test. SUMMARY: Responsible for keeping the facility clean and organized to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.

Requirements

A High School diploma or GED is required.
Prefer one year of experience providing custodial and/or maintenance services.
Valid driver's license and insurability.
Basic computer skills are required.
Must be able to lift and operate various custodial and maintenance equipment.
The job requires reaching, bending, stooping, pushing shovels, and standing on ladders, among other physical tasks.

Responsibilities

Regularly sweeps, mops, dusts, and vacuums the unit, including conference rooms and break rooms.
Scrubbing, sanitizing, and supplying restroom facilities.
Dusting furniture, walls, and equipment.
Collecting and disposing of trash.
Notifies supervisor of needed repairs/replacements to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
Coordinate with the supervisor on supply ordering and restocking.
