About The Position
American Facility Services is looking for dependable employees to work part time in the evenings.
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Neat, professional appearance
- Wear ID while on duty
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors (hard surface & carpet)
- Clean restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, restock supplies)
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Dust office furniture and clean glass surfaces
- Change lights and ceiling tiles, this requires using a ladder
- Clean kitchens/break rooms and sanitize drinking fountains
- Secure building (lights off, doors locked, alarms set)
