About The Position

Seeking a part-time evening Custodian to help maintain the correct set ups of all rooms on campus which involves lifting and storing of multiple tables and chairs. The position also includes maintaining the cleanliness of McGregor Baptist Church. This is a part time position at up to 25 hours weekly; Wednesday 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm, Friday 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, and Sunday 12:30 pm - 4:00 pm. Requirements

• Must be able to continually lift up to 50 pounds.
• Custodial experience is preferred.
• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Be able to work the required schedule.
• Be self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Ability to understand and follow simple oral and written instructions in English.
• Ability to work well in a team environment with other employees.
• Will be using normal cleaning chemicals.

Nice To Haves

• Custodial experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up classrooms with tables and chairs for school and church events.
• Empty trash from all the buildings and properly dispose of it.
• Thoroughly Clean and sanitize bathrooms, classrooms, hallways, stairwells, and other areas.
• Mop and vacuum different areas of the buildings.
