About The Position

Perform general cleaning tasks and maintain work areas as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be willing to learn proper use of cleaning agents and usage of various supplies.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. without assistance.
• Must be capable of moving up and down stairs without difficulty.
• Must be capable of working on feet for extended periods of time.
• Must have basic computer skills including email.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Use high and low speed maintenance equipment as assigned.
• Use carpet cleaning equipment as assigned.
• Trash removal.
• Sweep/mop/dust/vacuum as assigned.
• Wet mop.
• Preform restroom disinfecting and cleaning as assigned.
• Perform floor stripping and waxing applications.
• Wash windows.
• Monitor use of equipment and report any malfunctions or problems to supervisor.
• Practice “Safety First”.
• Ensure that all work meets quality standards set forth by the agency and department associated with the building.
