Lyon County is seeking a full-time Custodian. This non-exempt position starts at $14.14/hr. and is eligible for benefits including health/dental/vision insurance and paid time off. Candidates must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a current Class C driver's license, and must pass pre-employment testing including physical, drug test, and background check. Prior related experience is preferred but not required. JOB SUMMARY: This is a non-exempt position. Under the supervision and direction of the facilities manager, the custodian is a non-exempt position. The duties performed will be skilled and semi-skilled. Work will involve the general upkeep of the Lyon County buildings exteriors, interiors, entrances, hallways, etc. Keep facility clean and in an orderly condition.
