Schedule: Work only 15 days per month with our unique rotating 3-4 day schedule Monday - Friday: Night Shift - 4pm - 12am

Requirements

  • Demonstrated skill in organizing work, setting priorities and sound decision making.
  • Good communication skills

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • 2-5 years of plastic extrusion experience
  • Prior custodial experience a plus but not required
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Previous manufacturing experience

Responsibilities

  • Understands and completes the tasks outlined in the Master Cleaning Schedule per the schedule.
  • Completes the Master Cleaning schedule tasks to meet or exceed the company and BRCGS Standards.
  • Can operate the Floor Scrubber
  • Understands how to mix and check FS Amine Z for proper concentration, using Hydrino Papers QT10
  • Can operate the Cintas Cleaning System
  • Provides any suggestions to supervisor for improvement on the Master Cleaning Schedules.
  • Maintains all cleaning utensils including the Vacuum Backpack, and any other cleaning utensils or tools.
  • Follows Chemical Control Program of the company and understands proper storage and labeling of chemicals
  • Comply with all BRCGS Standards and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Trained in Lock Out/Tag Out
  • Maintains and properly disposes of recycled materials in the plants
  • Assists all plants as necessary to include the Lexington Campus, Ontario, Delaware, and Massillon with line cleans and special cleaning projects deemed necessary by the Product Safety Team.
  • Can effectively operate the Power Washer
  • Can effectively blow down a line
  • Can effectively conduct a line clean with the assistance of additional team members within the timeframe(s) given
  • Successfully complete OSHA training
