About The Position

LB&B Associates Inc. is currently seeking part-time Custodians to support its contract located at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, Silver Spring MD. Hourly pay rate: $20:00 per hour. Available part time working schedules: Saturday & Sunday / 6:00am-2:30pm Saturday & Sunday / 1:30pm-10:00pm Minimum (2) years' experience in general commercial or government building cleaning. Floor care skills including carpet, vinyl/tiling treatment, and working with all-purpose cleaning. Stripping, waxing, and buffing experience highly desired. Candidate will be responsible for cleaning bathrooms, offices, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal and restocking of cleaning supplies. Candidate will be responsible for operating cleaning equipment (vacuum, floor buffers, extractors-training provided). Ability to lift up to 25 - 40 lbs. bend and stand for long periods.
