As a Custodian, you’ll play an important role in creating a clean, safe, and inviting environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Working alongside our maintenance team, you’ll follow a daily cleaning schedule that includes mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, cleaning windows and doors, and maintaining shared spaces such as the lobby, laundry rooms, community areas, conference rooms, and management offices. We encourage candidates with lived experience to apply. This is an on-site position.

Nice To Haves

Two (2) years experience.

Responsibilities

Cleans and maintains entry lobby, including cleaning of windows, doors, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, etc., at least daily, and more if necessary, to maintain excellent entrance appeal.
Cleans laundry room, community room, conference room, and management offices on a daily basis.
Vacuums hallways on a daily basis.
Cleans community bathrooms on a daily basis, more if necessary, to maintain in a sanitary manner.
