About The Position
1. Sweep and mop floors. 2. Clean buildings by emptying trash, sweeping, and cleaning surfaces. 3. Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created. 4. Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces. 5. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors. 6. Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants. 7. Identify and report possible repairs to management. 8. Supply and maintain common areas and restrooms with necessary items. 9. Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. 10. Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations. 11. Perform other duties, as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Background clearance required.

- Previous cleaning experience preferred.
