About The Position
Westmoreland County is seeking applicants for the position of Part-Time Custodian in the Area Agency on Aging. The purpose of the position is the cleaning and upkeep of the offices in the Aging Department.
Requirements
- Ability to learn the materials, methods, and practices used in custodial work.
- Ability to operate and care of vacuum cleaners, scrubbing machines, polishing machines, and other janitorial equipment.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Sufficient physical strength to permit work at custodial tasks.
- Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent
