Requirements

Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day
Able to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies
Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment
Ability to work as part of a team
Capable of adhering to Standard Work
Desire for personal development and growth

Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of the restrooms, break areas, and other areas of the facility
Empty all garbage containers around the office, shop floors and by assembly line
Clean shop offices, paint, empty garbage containers, wipe off desks, clean floors as needed
Maintain lawn mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, snow throwers, and all lawn attachments and the area they are stored in as needed
Works on any other special projects that are assigned
Perform general house-keeping duties
Safe operation of machines and tools
Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles
Ability to problem solve effectively
