Full-Time Custodian -Location: Kailua, HI 96734 Benefits Include: Healthcare plan (medical-vision-prescription drug), vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k) plan, vacation, holiday, direct deposit option, flexible spending options and competitive pay. -Key Responsibilities: Ability to follow instructions Adhere to safety procedures at all times Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in assigned duties, including: Sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning spills, restrooms, offices, sidewalks, pathways, window sills, railings, stairways, parking lots, removing bird droppings, light scrubbing, and clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces. Requirements

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Must pass a background check
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred, but willing to train enthusiastic candidates
• Strong public relations and communication skills
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
• Capable of performing basic manual labor, including: Cleaning common areas, frequently lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying a minimum of 30 lbs (up to 50 lbs), reaching overhead, grasping objects, bending, kneeling, crawling, squatting, climbing, stretching, walking, and standing throughout shifts
• Experience operating various cleaning machinery preferred but not required (e.g., leaf blower, power washer, floor scrubber) is preferred but not necessary
