This position performs cleaning activities with primary responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness of guest entrances, lobby areas, restrooms, restaurant, bar, kitchens, and outside perimeter locations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintains cleanliness of guest entrances, lobby areas, restrooms, restaurant, bar, kitchens, and outside perimeter locations, including snow and ice removal when necessary. Cleans lobby, doors, public areas, offices, restaurant, and bar; sweeps and mops floors, arranges and dusts furniture and wood surfaces; cleans glass, doors, windows, mirrors, door push plates, and light switch covers. Cleans and stocks restrooms including doors, urinals, toilets, stall doors and entryways. Segregates and removes trash and places in designated containers. Takes out trash and recycling. Cleans and maintains interior and exterior trash area. Sweeps and mops floors. Complies with local, state, and national regulations pertaining to cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards. Completes all other duties as assigned. Qualifications MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Availability to work nights and weekends as needed. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to position self to move about. The employee frequently is required to operate and use tools, equipment, and chemicals; and communicate with employees and management. The employee must move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
