About The Position
A well-established beverage production facility in Canton, MS is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to join its team. This company values cleanliness, safety, and efficiency to maintain a high-quality production environment. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the production floor, including conveyors and related equipment. This position operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility required to stay later as needed. Some weekend work may also be required to support production schedules and sanitation needs.
Requirements
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred
- Position requires frequent movement between floors, including stair climbing.
- Ability to work independently and follow cleaning protocols
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Flexibility with hours and ability to work occasional weekends
- Reliable transportation and good attendance record
- Must pass a drug screen and background check
