About The Position

The Cedars of Chapel Hill is an upscale retirement community with over 400 Members. We deliver high-quality care with a personal touch and encourage our Members to enjoy life to the fullest. Our Custodian is responsible for carpet cleaning, vacuuming, maintaining cleanliness of assigned villa/veranda. Pressure washing patios, garages, porches and other walkways as scheduled. Able to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times; Must be able to communicate well in English, and must possess a driver’s license and be able to drive company vehicles, truck, golf cart, etc. Hours: Full Time - Monday - Friday, 5:00am - 1:30pm EXTRAORDINARY IMPRESSIONS We strive to show compassion by exercising both empathy and sympathy through all of our customer interactions. Requirements
