About The Position

PROVIDES safe and clean environment though Nexus Recovery. ASSURES all buildings on the main campus and location on Buckner Blvd. are clean and safe for staff, clients and visitors. ASSURES that the cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained, stocked, and ordered in a timely matter. REPORTS any maintenance concerns to the Chief Operations Officer. ASSISTS with the upkeep of all buildings and grounds of Nexus Recovery. ASSISTS on the weekend or after hours when needed. DEMONSTRATES regular predictable attendance and punctuality OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED:

Requirements

• Current driver’s license and good driving record required
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning methods and approaches
• Basic mechanical skills.
• Willing to learn other duties.
• Good verbal communications skills.
• A clear understanding of the cleaning industry standards

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

• Ability to effectively present information to consumers, clients, and employees of the organization in one-on-one situations.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
