• Dependability in working regular scheduled hours and being consistently available for assigned shifts

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, amenity areas, and recreation facilities.
• Perform regular upkeep of outdoor areas, such as walkways, parking lots, and landscaped areas, including trash removal and sweeping.
• Sanitize high-touch surfaces and ensure cleanliness in shared spaces.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down community events or meetings.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues to management.
• Respond promptly to resident and staff requests related to cleanliness and minor maintenance needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and procedures.
• Support maintenance team with light duties as needed.
