About The Position

Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout our sales facility. This role ensures that all offices, common areas, restrooms, and customer-facing spaces are clean, safe, and presentable at all times. Key Responsibilities: Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen areas. Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the facility. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed. Wipe down surfaces, windows, and glass doors to ensure a professional appearance. Ensure showroom and sales areas are always customer-ready. Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.

Requirements

Previous cleaning or custodial experience preferred (commercial environment a plus).
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
