About The Position
Litehouse is seeking a Custodian to join our team! Pay is $17.89/hour The Custodian position provides housekeeping throughout the facility and grounds What you will do Perform all duties and operations in a safe manner, while following all federal, state, and Litehouse regulations and policies. Perform general housekeeping duties in and around the facility to ensure a positive image for Employee Owners and guests. Clean and maintain grounds and parking lots, including tasks such as snow or sand removal. Clean facility, including employee restrooms. Ensure cleaning and other supplies are stocked and organized. Requirements
- High School Diploma /GED Required
- less than 1 year One to three months related experience Required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships with all contacts inside and outside of the company.
